The glass of the Kani scented candle features large baobab trees in shades of khaki green and beige. The design was created by a Uniwax designer in the great tradition of African drawings. Vetiver wood is celebrated for a radically woody fragrance, reinforced by notes of galbanum and leather that unfold as the candle burns. 150 Hours Burn Time, 4 Wicks, 6.3" Tall, 5.06lbs.

The fragrances in the Sacred Trees collection had to have an olfactory identity in line with the woody fragrance families. We were also keen to source raw materials from Africa. The scent of the Kani candle exudes the woody notes of vetiver, the major accord of this fragrance. Galbanum flower adds roundness to the composition, giving way to leathery base notes.

Always burn your candle until the whole surface becomes liquid. This step may take a long time, especially during the first burning. When the entire top of the wax is liquid, do not burn it longer than one hour. The top layer of liquid wax should never exceed one centimeter in height. Never burn your candle more than the maximum burning time indicated in the candle’s instructions. Never burn it down totally and systematically leave one centimeter at the bottom.

A black ribbon with the brand’s logo is then added to every candle before it is wrapped in an elegant black box.

All of our raw materials are sourced in Europe.

The glass is hand-blown in Poland, known for its outstanding glass artisans. Each glass is unique and candles can therefore not be refilled.

Baobab Collection’s wax and wicks comes from Europe. The wicks are made from Egyptian cotton.
The mineral wax (paraffin) is especially selected for its burning quality and aesthetic appearance.

The rare and precious leather is sourced in Italy. All of the packaging is designed in Belgium.

Our fragrances are developed in Grasse, the historical center of perfumery. Each olfactory fragrance is a unique creation of Baobab Collection and references the appearance of the candle.
