Return Policy
Applicable orders of regularly stocked merchandise are eligible to be returned for a 25% restocking fee. Returned orders that received free shipping will incur shipping fees in addition to the restocking fee. Please continue reading for additional return requirements and information on final sale items.
All returns must include a Return Authorization (RA) number in order to be accepted for a partial refund. Return shipments received without an RA number will be refused and/or returned to sender. Opulence of Southern Pines is not responsible for merchandise that is attempted to be returned without prior authorization. To request a return on your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. Your return request will be reviewed and instructions for return will be provided upon approval. If your return request is denied, the reason for denial will be communicated to you.
Authorized returns must be received by our Southern Pines location within 7 business days of RA number issuance. Upon receipt, staff will inspect the returned merchandise in order to accept or reject the return for a partial refund. If a return is rejected for any reason, the merchandise will be returned to the customer’s original shipping address and no refund will be issued.
Additional Requirements for Return Acceptance:
- Merchandise must be in unused condition and repackaged like new
- Fragrance items must be completely unopened
- A sale receipt must accompany the shipment of returned items
The following items are final sale and are not eligible to be returned:
- Pillows, duvets, featherbeds, and mattress pads/protectors
- Underclothes/underwear
- Custom ordered items; Includes custom sizes, monogrammed items, and items not featured online or in store
- All items that were on sale or sold at a discount
