Payments, Cancellations & Order Status

Payment Methods

Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards are accepted. It is highly recommended that you include contact information at checkout so that we may contact you regarding payments if necessary.

Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order confirmation provided that the order has not shipped. If the order has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and any returns or refusals will be charged all shipping costs incurred by Opulence of Southern Pines plus our standard 25% restocking fee. To cancel an order, you may call, email or fax the cancellation.

If we have any question regarding your order, we will contact you by email or phone depending on the nature of the question. If we do not receive a response within 3 days, your order will be automatically cancelled. You may email or call us to reactivate or reorder your items.

Changing an Order

Orders may be changed within 24 hours of order confirmation provided the order has not shipped. If the order has been shipped by the manufacturer or by Opulence of Southern Pines, the order may not be changed. Any returns or refusals will be charged all shipping costs incurred by Opulence of Southern Pines plus our standard 25% restocking fee.

Backorders and Stock Availability

Every effort is made to stock products presented online. On occasion, a particular item may be out of stock and will be put on backorder. You will be notified of the approximate lead time if an item is backordered. Most backordered items will ship within 45 days. Our policy is to ship all items on an order complete to reduce shipping charges. Upon request, we are happy to ship merchandise as it comes available. Shipping charges will apply to each shipment. If an item is custom or is a monogrammed item, there will be additional shipping time based on the nature of the custom order.

Sales Tax

Sales tax applies to all North Carolina and Florida billing addresses.

Sale Items & Discounts

All sales are final for discounted merchandise. Items marked at a discount are not eligible for additional discounts or promotions. Discounts may not be combined and the highest discount/promotion will be awarded.
